Delete Your Air Volleyball Account
You can request deletion without installing the mobile app.
Request deletion by email
Email info@airvolleyball.com with the subject “Air Volleyball account deletion request.” Send it from your account email where possible. Include the account email and whether you want to delete your entire account or particular information. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Parents and guardians may request removal of a child's account or information. We may verify your identity or parental authority before completing the request.
Delete within the app
Sign in and open Portal → Account → Portal Access → Delete Account. Review the confirmation before continuing.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes sign-in access and associated portal data covered by the deletion process, including account messages, device notification registrations, scheduling conflicts, and attendance responses.
Some club registration and historical records may be retained for safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal requirements. Contact us for details about your request, retained records, and the time needed to complete deletion. See our privacy policy.
