Volleyball has been a part of Ryan's life since birth. He began playing competitive adult leagues and tournaments in high school and later joined the men's club team at UW-Stout, where he played for five years serving as team coach and captain for four of those years. During his time at Stout, Ryan earned recognition as an all-conference team member twice and was selected for the all-national team on two occasions. He started coaching in 2010, leading his men's club team and assisting the varsity team in Menomonie, and has also coached the UW-Stout women's team for two years. In 2015, Ryan began coaching club volleyball for Air, eventually becoming the club director in 2020, where he continues to foster the growth of volleyball in the area, coaching teams from 12U to 18U.
Caroline started coaching for Air in 2021 for the 13 Blue team. She also is the Assistant Varsity coach at North High School. Caroline is well versed in hard court, grass and sand and travels the country to play at a competitive level. She is a left handed setter. Her coaching style works on fine tuning fundamentals and breaking down the basics to build upon. She stresses the importance of having a strong foundation to build upon. Pam has been coaching for Eau Claire for many years. She is one of the reason why Air has been so successful over the years. Pam was the assistant coach at UW-Stout Volleyball for 18 years.
A former two-time All-American setter at NCAA Division II North Dakota State University, Schroeder, who played for the Bisons from 1993-96, is the team's all-time assists leader with 5408 assists over her career. Playing as Pam Stencl, she was inducted into the NDSU Athletic Hall of Fame, October 2013.
Coach Katrina Raskie will be coaching again this year! She is one of many great coaches that Eau Claire Air has. She pushes her athletes to always be their very best!
Raskie has coached ages 15-18 for Eau Claire Air Volleyball Club for 6 years and has assisted with several volleyball camps throughout the Chippewa Valley.
As a Blugold student-athlete (2013-2016), she was a three time All-Conference pick and a three time team captain. She ranks among the top ten Blugolds in career kills, digs, and points scored. In her four years, Raskie earned a number of awards: Team Top Newcomer, Team MVP, WIAC Co-Scholar Athlete of the Year, Blugold Athletics Senior Female Athlete of the Year, Blugold Athletics Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and the Blugold Super Six Award.
